Создатели игры Batman: Arkham Knight согласны возместить пользователям стоимость покупки приложения
Публичные извинения принесла своим фанатам компания Warner Bros. за неудовлетворительное качество проекта Batman: Arkham Knight. Пользователи постоянно сталкиваются с проблемами, пользуясь PC-версией игрушки. Поэтому, чтобы их сообщение не было голословным, разработчики предложили игрокам вернуть деньги, потраченные на покупку игры.
Создатели сожалеют, что геймерам пришлось испытать затруднения, играя в Batman: Arkham Knight на PC. Они очень старались привести приложение к соответствующему качеству, тому, которое заслуживают их поклонники. Но теперь стало понятно, что их действия не принесли желаемого результата, и проблемы с игрой остались у многих. Так прокомментировал ситуацию представитель Warner Bros. на ресурсе Steam.
До конца этого года компания постарается выплатить компенсацию всем владельцам игры в версии PC. Причем на это не повлияет время, которое уже провели в игре геймеры. Вместе с самой программой можно забрать деньги, заплаченные за сезонный пропуск, но не отдельно от нее. Тем людям, кто все же сохранит у себя последнюю серию игрушки, разработчики обещают продолжить работу над улучшением программы, держа их в курсе событий и сообщая, какие недочеты им удалось убрать, а какие – нет.
Известно, что компания Valve создала новое правило для сети Steam, согласно которому каждый геймер сможет вернуть деньги за купленную игрушку, если ее качество его не устраивает. Но это нужно сделать в ограниченный срок, не превышающий двух недель со дня покупки, и то, если пользователь провел в программе не более двух часов. Но Warner Bros. дает возможность возврата средств независимо от времени пользования игрой, а заявки принимаются в течение следующих двух месяцев – до конца 2015 года.
Напомним, что из-за недостатков Batman: Arkham Knight была изъята из магазинов вскоре после ее июньского выпуска. Доступ к ней был снова открыт только в конце октября, но почти сразу геймеры отметили совсем незаметное улучшение производительности программы, что вызвало вторичное их возмущение.
Теперь, чтоб загладить вину, издатель в качестве извинений готов вернуть ее стоимость и даже подарить всем покупателям последней части первые четыре серии проекта.
